Paddle
compression fixtures are made for thin, usually folding seat backs. The frame
and foam is lowered into the paddles. Then they are compressed and the cover is
slipped over the stainless steel paddles. The paddles are slowly released and
the back is ejected by an air cylinder. These are very dependable fixtures when
there are not hog rings in the facing.
