This
fixture is one of two patented fixtures at LAS. It was developed for seat
cushions, but has proven valuable on many backs. It rolls the trim over the
foam, then rotates to close the bottom. It greatly reduces stress on the wrists,
arms and lower back. Cycle time is between 25 and 40 seconds. Some of the most
requested options are the height adjustment and laser cross hairs for trim and
foam alignment.
