Flexmat Install This is a flexmat
install fixture. The operator loads the frame and is clamped. The
mat is loaded into the fixture and is then stretched towards the spring
nests. With the mat stretched, the springs are easily attached to the
frame and mat wire. The mat stretch cylinder retracts and the frame is
unclamped, thus completing the assembly
sequence.
