History

Labor Aiding Systems, Inc. (L.A.S.) was incorporated in 1984 by engineers and manufacturing people involved in the foam, trim and seating world.

We produce a line of equipment, which is designed for ergonomics and has revolutionized automotive interior trim assembly. Our success is attributed to pleasing our customers not only with our fixtures, but also with our working relationships and service. Through our constant research and development, L.A.S. is the leader in this field. We are an approved supplier to every Tier 1 and OEM automotive maker in North America.

Achievements

L.A.S. has designed and developed fixtures and test equipment to compliment the entire automotive interior, excluding only the floor carpet. We are one of few companies devoted to the design and manufacturing of specialized fixtures in 23 states and 15 countries, making us the largest global supplier of seat assembly fixtures and equipment in the world. In the past 11 years, we have maintained a customer base of well over 100 customers.

	Duplication/Reproductions -- Repeat machine orders are identical because all tooling is drawn in CAD and stored. All purchase parts are kept on file.
	Durability -- All of our machines are powder coated. This environmentally safe coating will protect the machine from adverse conditions and will allow for easy clean-up.
	Strict Documentation -- We provide a manual upon delivery consisting of photos, drawings, sequences of operation, preventative maintenance schedules, catalog lists, schematics and descriptive programs.
